DUCK THE MALLS, 11th Annual Arts and Crafts Sale, 11am-6pm.
An awesome local craft fair taking place inside the Historic Capitol Theater. The sale was created to support local and independent artisans and artists in the South Sound and visual art programming at the Olympia Film Society. Duck the Malls has become a holiday tradition and draws a huge part of our community members wanting another great opportunity to shop locally, creatively, and alternatively for the holidays and support true craftsmanship!
Seven Oaks Elementary School Holiday Bazaar, 9am-5pm.
This is a great event for all those holiday needs. Baked goods (school fundraiser), makeup, wooden engraved items, candles, food, jewelry, blankets, decorations, home improvement and decorating, face painting, chalk boards, wooden signs, animal lover items, fresh herbs, walking sticks and so much more. Northern Craft Fare, Noon-5pm.
Once again, Northern is providing you, the consumer, with a “hyperlocal” shopping opportunity. It’s a win-win, as the vendor’s table fees support Northern & the Olympia All Ages Project. Find gems from Community Print, Kitschlandia, Roseroot Herbes (an Olympia-based Community Supported Apothecary), Crocheted/knit suspenders in a variety of styles, colors, and sizes, and that’s just the beginning. ◙
